Your Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to spearhead the onboarding process for our new clients and ensure a successful implementation of our cutting-edge AI procurement solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and desires to have a significant impact on our product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly.
• Provide training and continuous support to clients throughout their onboarding journey.
• Gather feedback from customers to help shape product enhancements and updates.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to communicate client needs and influence the development of new features.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer success and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing value and address any challenges that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in solutions consulting or customer success.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in procurement is a plus.
