Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for a critical area of the Dispatch platform, focusing on custodian and data workflows.
• Define high-impact product experiences by conducting problem decomposition, discovery, and defining experience requirements.
• Create complex, user-friendly designs that transform large data sets into accessible and actionable insights for financial advisors.
• Integrate new functionalities into existing user workflows, ensuring scalability and coherence as the product evolves.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality through iterative prototyping.
• Advocate for the design function at Dispatch, helping to establish foundational structures as the practice grows, including the development of a robust design system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, user experience (UX), or human-computer interaction (HCI).
• Proven track record in designing intuitive, data-rich experiences in complex environments.
• Strong ability to communicate design concepts and articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with design systems and an understanding of how to build them effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
