Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operational tasks.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the President & CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic initiatives and projects, contributing to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the President & CEO, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including supply procurement, vendor management, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a non-profit organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
