Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Creative Producer to execute creative briefs and develop original concepts.
• Manage production timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform creative strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in advertising and creative production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Ad Creative Producer or in a similar role within the advertising industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative ad campaigns and projects.
• Excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape and advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
