Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer and leverage your skills to create impactful design solutions within an innovative AI Design team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our cloud-based platform aimed at enhancing project management in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and design requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay current with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our platform is competitive and user-friendly.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development is a plus but not required.
