Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and contract terms.
• Analyze and streamline deal desk processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the sales team in providing timely and accurate quotes to clients.
• Implement and maintain pricing models that align with company goals.
• Assist in contract negotiations and clarifications with clients.
• Maintain compliance with legal and corporate policies.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, finance, or analyst role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and contract management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
