Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to ensure the reliability and performance of the Auth0 platform.
• Develop and implement strategies for system scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product engineering and architecture teams to design and enhance system infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among team members.
• Oversee blameless incident response processes and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor and empower engineers to grow their skills and advance in their careers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess system reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure effective response to incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
