Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will focus on guiding students, interns, and summer workers through the complexities of employment law in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising students and interns on employment rights and obligations.
• Identifying common legal pitfalls and providing solutions to avoid them.
• Conducting workshops and seminars to educate individuals on employment legislation.
• Researching and analyzing recent legal developments affecting the student workforce.
• Collaborating with educational institutions to promote legal awareness.
• Drafting informative materials and resources on employment law topics.
• Providing one-on-one consultations to address specific legal inquiries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employment law, particularly as it relates to students and interns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms.
• Experience in legal advisory or consulting roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
