Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in payments testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payments Solutions Architect or similar role, with a strong background in digital payments and financial transactions.
• Solid understanding of quality engineering and testing methodologies, particularly in the context of payment systems.
• Experience with various payment methods and transaction architectures across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
