Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to test the new user onboarding flow of a financial app.
• Create a PayPal business account for your Limited Company (S.R.L. / S.R.L.S.) and document the process.
• Identify and report any bugs or issues encountered during the account creation process.
• Provide honest feedback on the user experience and suggest improvements.
• Engage in regular communication with our testing team to discuss findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be a business owner in Italy with a Limited Company (S.R.L. / S.R.L.S.).
• Fluent in Italian, with strong written communication skills.
• Experience with online financial services, preferably PayPal.
• Ability to work independently and provide detailed feedback.
• Must not have an existing PayPal business account linked to your Limited Company.
