Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Corporate Income Tax compliance across all European entities and Australia.
• Design and implement filing strategies, instalment calculations, and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation to ensure compliance and governance standards are met.
• Lead the remediation of outstanding direct tax compliance items by developing a structured backlog register with risk assessments and actionable plans.
• Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework that supports sound tax governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on tax compliance initiatives.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
• Train and mentor team members on corporate tax matters to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and governance, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations applicable to corporate income tax.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in tax compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
