Responsibilities

• Support project management teams in the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health insurance and Insurtech.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with project management and agile frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
