Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or strategic planning, preferably in cybersecurity or insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to successful completion.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
