Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Current and valid registered nurse (RN) licensure in your state.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience in the nursing field.
• Certifications in specialty areas (e.g., critical care, pediatrics, geriatrics) preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care and advocating for patient needs.
• Experience in specialty nursing areas is a plus.
