Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies regarding job titles and roles.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop policies that align with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and advise the company accordingly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in expatriate employment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
