Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal guidance on employment law matters affecting our organization.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Membership in good standing with the state bar association.
