Responsibilities

• Coordinate the HERO Child-Rescue Corps program initiatives, including recruitment and training of participants.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and outreach.
• Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and community organizations to promote child safety.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders regarding program progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the creation of educational materials and resources related to child protection.
• Engage with families and children to provide support and resources as needed.
• Participate in fundraising activities and events to support program initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in a non-profit or child welfare setting.
• Strong understanding of child protection laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Passion for child advocacy and community service.
