Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Human Resources department of the City Comptroller's office.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing employee benefits programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
