Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives, including managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a family office or high-net-worth environment is a plus.
