Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the education sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
