Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the casino attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards while fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and manage employee relations programs to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Lead performance management processes to support employee growth and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and assist with workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and experience in managing a team effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
