Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for employment hearings, including documentation and communication.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary materials.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for hearings and related meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries regarding employment hearings.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support HR and legal teams in gathering information and materials as required.
- Assist with data entry and management related to employee files and hearing outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
