Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and manage inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with quality control processes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
