Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend services for AI Chatbot products, ensuring robust functionality and performance.
• Design and build large-scale software systems that influence the daily experiences of millions of customers.
• Research and incorporate Large Language Model (LLM) applications to enhance chatbot performance and overall user experience.
• Conduct infrastructure and architecture upgrades, performance tuning, online incident troubleshooting, and system refactoring to maintain high service quality.
• Create high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, oversee their daily work, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong core Java programming skills and a willingness to engage in hands-on coding.
• Experience with AI and chatbot technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
