Responsibilities

• Enhance Pindrop's capabilities in detecting, scoring, and investigating fraud across voice and IVR interactions.
• Utilize applied machine learning techniques to address real-world fraud and scam prevention challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that improve security and customer trust.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform fraud detection strategies.
• Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of our fraud prevention systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and fraud detection to ensure Pindrop remains at the forefront of identity verification technology.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with experience with machine learning libraries.
• Experience in fraud detection, cybersecurity, or relevant domains is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to process complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
