Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI and Human-AI Teaming capabilities to support the AFCEC Cost Estimation Point of Contact.
• Design and build AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliable and accurate performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to implement best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI application development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
