Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of workforce trends and challenges, particularly in relation to aging populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in workforce development.
