Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the construction or public sector.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, with a track record of implementing successful initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
