Responsibilities

• Execute construction projects according to specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Supervise and coordinate activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and implement effective solutions to overcome construction challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed on project status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Norway for the duration of the project.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
