Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to psychiatric providers within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with therapists to create an integrated treatment approach for clients.
• Review and oversee treatment plans, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and program development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of psychiatric services and mental health programs.
• Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric care and mental health trends.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with a specialization in Psychiatry.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry is preferred.
• Experience in a clinical supervisory role within a behavioral health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
