Key Responsibilities
- ManyChat Ownership: Build, manage, and continuously optimize ManyChat flows across Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Own the full automation architecture from lead capture to conversion and retention.
- Lifecycle Strategy: Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies covering activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation of users.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage insights to improve messaging strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and customer support to ensure a holistic approach to user engagement.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and automation to enhance our user engagement techniques.
Requirements
