Position Overview

As a Senior Client Partner, you will be a key player in our North American Enterprise Sales organization, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. In this role, you will drive growth in one of our most strategic markets, leading complex enterprise sales motions with some of North America’s largest brands. Your focus will be on modernizing customer engagement through AI-led digital transformation, orchestrating multi-million dollar deals that redefine how these leading brands interact with their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to position LivePerson’s AI-led value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close multi-million dollar deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales scenarios and develop effective strategies.
