Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Ahrefs' European events program.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Events to shape creative and visual aspects of our event presence.
- Design and implement audience engagement campaigns to maximize event participation.
- Oversee booth design and ensure a cohesive brand presence at all events.
- Manage relationships with speakers and partners to enhance event offerings.
- Work with the Global Partnerships & Revenue Manager on sponsorship activations for Evolve and other events.
- Coordinate with the Event Operations Manager for logistical execution and on-the-ground support.
- Continuously analyze event performance and gather feedback to improve future events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event marketing or management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and tools to measure event success.
