Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
- Provide support to management in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience in HR and recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
