Responsibilities

• Architect and refine the overarching strategy for Testing and Engagement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within project management or delivery services.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and client engagement strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
