About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic Customer Training and Development team. In this strategic technical role, you will be responsible for architecting and evolving our customer enablement initiatives. You will engage with enterprise accounts both pre- and post-sale to scope enablement as part of larger deals. This includes collaborating with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to design tailored upskilling paths for customers, particularly during critical upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers to assess their needs and define customer-specific enablement strategies.
- Partner with various teams to create tailored training programs that align with each customer's technical environment.
- Utilize AI technologies to deliver just-in-time curriculum modifications, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Own the evolution of training curriculum based on field feedback and customer signals, continuously improving content and delivery methods.
- Provide expert guidance and support during customer trainings, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role, preferably within cloud security or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs for technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
- Experience using AI and data analytics to enhance customer training and enablement is a plus.
