Responsibilities

- Evaluate vendor performance regularly, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure competitive rates while maintaining service quality.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they understand our policies and procedures.
- Resolve any issues that arise between vendors and property managers, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor market trends to inform vendor selection and management strategies.
- Provide training and support to vendors to align their services with our company’s objectives and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
