Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Assist in reconciliations and audits, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to streamline reporting processes.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, adapting processes as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Record to Report or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI and data analytics tools is a plus.
