• Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and suppliers to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project status and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or project management, preferably in infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
