Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their business and technical processes.
- Lead technical engagements with major AECO organizations across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to implement both standard and customized offerings according to the Customer Success Plan.
- Conduct health checks, develop custom workflows, and provide training sessions to facilitate customer adoption.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track customer success metrics and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Identify opportunities for customers to unlock additional value through the adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions.
- Document customer interactions, workflows, and outcomes to contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the construction industry or AEC technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and their impact on business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in technical consulting or customer success roles, preferably within a software or technology-based environment.
- Ability to analyze technical workflows and processes to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials for varying audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders.
