Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing strategy for home essential products, ensuring alignment with company values and sustainability goals.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate contracts and secure high-quality materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development and sourcing.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure materials meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Implement and optimize processes for supplier evaluation and selection, ensuring compliance with ethical and environmental standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in sourcing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or home goods sector.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating favorable contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to ethical sourcing practices.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
