Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for the Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and retirement administration systems.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to design, build, and maintain sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Utilize tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and SplashBI for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control measures and manage complex system transactions.
- Collaborate with the Department of Technology Services (DTS) on system enhancements and upgrades to improve functionality.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions to optimize HR operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR technology, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM applications is preferred.
- Experience with reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and SplashBI.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
