Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through every step of the onboarding process from offer acceptance to their first day of employment.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates are efficiently and effectively guided through the hiring process.
  • Continuously monitor the applicant tracking system to ensure all candidate information is current and accurate.
  • Provide critical operational and administrative support to maintain smooth departmental functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of onboarding materials and processes to improve the new hire experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR or onboarding role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to new hires.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
