Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment for children and adolescents in a virtual setting.
- Diagnose and manage common psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and conduct disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct regular follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
- Active New York State medical license and DEA registration.
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is preferred.
- Experience in psychopharmacology and behavioral interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work between 12-20 hours a week, with options for additional hours.
