Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment for children and adolescents in a virtual setting.
• Diagnose and manage common psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and conduct disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Stay updated on best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Active New York State medical license and DEA registration.
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is preferred.
• Experience in psychopharmacology and behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work between 12-20 hours a week, with options for additional hours.
