About the Role

Fresh Clinics is rapidly expanding in the U.S., and this position offers you the chance to establish your presence in California, Arizona, and Washington from the ground up. As the face of Fresh Clinics in this region, you will have the autonomy to build a robust book of business and introduce our innovative healthcare solutions to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the West Coast territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinics.
• Educate potential clients about the benefits of our hybrid healthcare model and how it can transform their practices.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
• Provide regular market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Represent Fresh Clinics at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively.
• Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in California, Arizona, and Washington is a plus.
