Responsibilities
- Establish and manage performance dashboards to track project metrics.
- Analyze event triggers and alerts, providing timely follow-ups to the Project Leader or relevant functions.
- Coordinate project schedules and update key milestones, collaborating with the Project Leader during project calls.
- Support the risk and issue management process to ensure project success.
- Oversee all aspects of project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) Management processes.
- Implement and maintain baseline and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide the Project Leader with accurate and timely data related to cost, schedule, scope, and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in project management, particularly within clinical research or healthcare sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
