Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating and aligning with the product vision under the guidance of a Product Owner.
• Help contribute to the definition of the product vision, ensuring it meets the needs of stakeholders and customers.
• Utilize product-level KPIs to inform decisions and strategies.
• Assist in the collection of KPI data and promote its use in product decision-making processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including prioritizing features and defining acceptance criteria.
• Participate in quarterly planning activities for the squad/team, setting clear expectations for deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand external constraints, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
• May perform product owner tasks related to writing and reviewing user stories of lower complexity and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a product management or related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
