Responsibilities
- Initiate local quotation activities once site selection has been confirmed.
- Review technical strategy from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Engage in dialogue with SMEs for alternative solutions or scopes when appropriate.
- Responsible for building the draft technical scope, highlighting key aspects and aligning it with the client's requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales processes.
- Support the development of sales tools and resources that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
