Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in security systems or related industries.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, including intrusion detection, video surveillance, and fire safety.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
