Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance risk management or a related area within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting unsecured lending practices.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, or similar are a plus.
